Rate Changes at Torrey Pines
Effective August 1, 2006, Torrey Pines has made some dramatic changes to greens fees for both visitors and residents alike. Although the city resident rate increased marginally, the San Diego County resident program has been discontinued. County players looking to play at Torrey Pines will have to pay at the non-resident rate. Below are the new greens fees.

Regularly $39.00 per golfer, new resident customers pay only $19.50 per golfer (maximum 4 golfers) as an introduction to our many services. 2006 Callaway Golf Junior World Golf Championships at Torrey Pines (July 11th-14th)

John W. Brown, Mrs. A.S. (Lou) Smith and Norrie West founded the Junior World Golf Championships in 1968. Their goal was to bring young golfers from all parts of the world together in hopes of achieving a greater understanding among people of differing cultures and values through the great game of golf. The inaugural tournament had 475 entrants from 20 states and six countries. Since 1968, the Junior World Golf Championships has received representation from 73 countries. Our three founders had incredible vision in developing a golf tournament that through the years has remained one of the most prestigious international events in the world.
